Terms of Use
The ground rules for this website.
Effective July 17, 2026Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, the fix is simple: don’t use the site. Call us instead. The phone works without terms.
What this site is
Information about who we are and the work we do. We keep it accurate and honest, but businesses change, numbers age, and pages lag reality once in a while. Nothing here is professional, legal, or financial advice, and nothing here is a binding offer.
Real work happens in writing
Every engagement gets a written agreement: scope, price, and timing, signed by both sides before work starts. If anything on this site seems to conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Our content
The words, design, and graphics on this site belong to Pinetree Systems. Quote us with credit all you like; please don’t republish pages wholesale or pass the work off as yours. Client names and logos appear with their owners’ permission and belong to their owners.
Links to other places
Where the site links elsewhere, what happens there is governed by that site, not by us. We link in good faith and don’t control the other end.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided as‑is. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, we aren’t liable for damages that come from using or relying on this website itself. Work we’re hired to do carries the responsibilities spelled out in its written agreement. That’s where real promises live, and we stand behind those.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about this website belongs to the courts of Texas.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version goes here and the effective date updates.
