The price comes first
You get the scope and the price in writing before we start. If you ask for something new along the way, we price that first too.
Two things, both in writing before we start: projects, priced once, and one monthly agreement for everything we keep working for you.
A website, a connected system, custom software. Each one has a start and a finish, and you know the price before any work begins.

A third of the price starts the work. The rest is due at launch, or spread over up to 12 months, like a truck payment.
Paying monthly costs the same as paying at once. No interest, and no penalty for paying it off early.
Your domain and your business accounts are in your name from day one. The site or software is fully yours the day it’s paid off.
It starts with a short paid discovery: how your work flows today, the plan, clickable screens, and a firm price. It’s yours to keep, and the fee comes off the project if we build it. The project itself is paid in thirds: to start, at the first working version, and at launch.
Every client has one monthly agreement: one price for everything we keep working for you, from the website to the software.
Hosting, security, backups, and someone watching it all, so problems get caught early.
If anything we built breaks, fixing it is on us for as long as your agreement runs.
New hours, prices, photos, a staff change: a few each month are part of it. Anything bigger gets a price first.
A one-page note each month on what ran and what moved. Every quarter we sit down, in person when you’re close, and plan the next 90 days.
Usually the website. When a project is paid off, that payment stops, and the monthly agreement is all that’s left. Add something later and it joins the same agreement.
No. The price is the same either way, with no interest, and there’s no penalty for paying it off early.
You use all of it from day one, and your domain and business accounts are in your name the whole time. The site or software itself is fully yours the day it’s paid off, like the title on a truck.
The monthly agreement is month to month. Give us 30 days’ notice and it stops. Everything that’s paid for is yours, and we’ll move it to hosting you control. If a project still has a balance, you settle what’s left and it’s yours.
A change to something that’s already there: new hours, a price, photos, a staff member, a form field. A few each month are part of the agreement. Anything that adds something new, like a page or a feature, gets a price first, and you decide.
Google takes about three months to show what’s working, and the first month is mostly setup. Four months gives the work a fair chance before anyone judges it. After that, it’s month to month.
Nothing you depend on goes with us. Your domain and business accounts are in your name, the code is documented, and every procedure is written down as we go. If we disappeared tomorrow, another developer could pick up exactly where we left off.
Because a five-page website and a custom software system are not the same job. You’ll have your number after one phone call, in writing, before any work starts.
Tell us what you need. We’ll give you the project price, the payment options, and what your monthly agreement would cover.
