You move the product.
The paperwork moves itself.

Websites and back-office systems for specialty distributors and wholesalers: order intake, the price book, the electronic orders your big customers require, and all the re-keying that lives between them.

All of it, or just the part you need.

Where it breaks

You know this grind.

Every distributor we talk to describes some version of the same day. Here’s the arc of an order, and where the paper usually falls out of it.

01Win the order
A new account sized us up before the first PO ever went out. The website answered for us. I just don’t know what it said.
A site that holds up when a new account looks you up
02Fill the order
Orders come in by email, voicemail, and guys walking up to the counter. Somebody re-keys every single one.
Every channel into one order queue
The price book lives in Excel, and nobody’s sure which tab is current. Ask two people for a price and you’ll get three.
One price book, everywhere it’s quoted
03Get paid
The ship notice went out late. The chargeback didn’t.
Orders in, ship notices and invoices out, on time every time
It shipped Tuesday. The invoice went out Friday.
Ship-to-invoice, same day
Case Study · Distribution

Stark runs on it today.

Stark Industrial Products is a distributor: industrial supply, multiple sales channels, one warehouse. When they came to us, orders lived in three inboxes, inventory lived in a spreadsheet and a group text, and the listings didn’t match the shelf.

Ten months later: over a thousand product listings rewritten and structured, every channel feeding one dashboard, three times the sales through their site, and a back office that finally keeps up with the growth.

From the owner

“We’re doing three times the business through the website, and the office is calmer than it was when we were smaller. Whatever we need next, they build it.” — Dusty Stark, Stark Industrial Products

How we work
Questions

Common questions.

No. If it’s working, it stays. Most of what we build is the connective tissue around the software you already own, so orders, inventory, and invoices stop getting re-typed between systems that don’t talk.
Yes. SPS, TrueCommerce, or direct. Purchase orders in, ship notices and invoices out, wired into your order flow so chargebacks stop coming from paperwork timing.
Yes. The website and the Google profile are the natural first step. The back-office wiring can come later, or never.
We do. That’s the point of month-to-month: we watch it, tune it, and answer the phone when something’s weird. Nobody at your counter becomes the IT department between orders.
We’ll give you a real number after one phone call. Anything we build is a project, priced in writing before we start, and you can pay it all at once or spread it out. Everything we keep working after that is one monthly agreement, month to month. The details are on the Pricing page.
